Impartiality Policy
COSMOCERT SA, the Directors, the Heads of Departments, the staff and all those involved in the certification process fully understand the importance of impartiality in undertaking its certification activities.
COSMOCERT SA, therefore ensures that in its transactions with customers or potential customers, all employees or any staff involved in the certification activities are, and will remain, impartial.
COSMOCERT SA, in order to ensure that impartiality is maintained and can be demonstrated, has identified and assessed the risks in all relationships that may lead to a potential conflict of interest or pose a threat to impartiality.
Confidentiality Statement
All staff, subcontractors, Directors, members of the Board of Directors and members of every Committee are required to sign the Confidentiality and Impartiality Declaration, that contains the responsibility for maintaining confidentiality.
