The NATIVA™ Cotton Protocol is an international certification standard that promotes cotton production through sustainable agricultural practices, responsible management of natural resources, and respect for human rights.

The standard was developed by Chargeurs Luxury Fibers and is applied to producers and businesses involved in the cotton supply chain, from cultivation to processing and the production of finished products.

The objective of NATIVA is to ensure the traceability and sustainability of cotton by linking agricultural practices with social responsibility and environmental protection.

What is the NATIVA Cotton Protocol?

The NATIVA Cotton Protocol is a private certification standard that defines requirements for:

  • sustainable cotton cultivation,
  • responsible management of natural resources,
  • environmental protection,
  • social responsibility and human rights,
  • traceability throughout the entire supply chain.

The protocol is structured around three core components:

  • Farm Certification – certification of agricultural production,
  • Chain of Custody Certification – certification of industrial processes and the supply chain,
  • Certification and Compliance Process.

  • cotton producers,
